Technical Specialist - Software Development

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Technical Specialist to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for the systematic and disciplined development and maintenance of software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver incremental code changes frequently and reliably by leveraging development and operations practices, continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) tools, and agile methodology.
  • Streamline and automate software development lifecycle.
  • Build defined continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) stack for a given IT platform.
  • Develop mastery of the chosen domain and technologies for the applications that you will be managing.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Fresh graduates with Bachelor's degree in related field such as Information Technology and Computer Science courses; or professionals with up to 3 years experience at most.
  • Strong understanding of business principles and technical skills, mainly working hands-on with technology.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with end-users and stakeholders.
  • Passion for technology, continually takes initiative to update and improve one's own skillsets to get job done.
  • Basic operational discipline to deliver results in timely manner and of quality.
