Customer Experience Ambassador

We are seeking an individual who can provide exceptional customer service and support to our landline users. A high level of English proficiency is required for this role.

About the Role

  • Track customer concerns, identifying trends and driving customer satisfaction through effective issue resolution
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to remove customer obstacles and ensure seamless communication
  • Provide personalized support to deliver an extraordinary customer experience
  • Understand customer reasons for dissatisfaction and work on solutions to retain customers
  • Listen for opportunities to offer value-added services that meet customer needs

  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt quickly to changing situations
