Recruiter Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our team in a Permanent Work-from-Home setup. As a key member of our Recruitment Team, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent for various roles.

This is a unique opportunity to work with a small, close-knit team who value integrity, collaboration, and continuous learning. If you have a knack for spotting great talent and helping people find the right opportunities, we would like to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review applications, assess qualifications, and conduct video interviews
  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers to understand roles and identify strong fits
  • Document assessments in our ATS clearly and thoroughly
  • Proactively source passive candidates via LinkedIn and other tools
  • Build pipelines for U.S.-based roles, including IT Sales and niche positions
  • Endorse qualified candidates, coordinate interviews, and keep them engaged
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of recruitment experience (full-cycle or focused on sourcing/screening)
  • Strong interviewing skills—you know how to ask the right questions and assess both fit and potential
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (preferred but not required)
  • Excellent English communication skills—clear, professional, and confident in both writing and speaking
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with remote work tools
