Job Title: Part-Time Recruiter

Location: ABDC Bldg. Scout Rallos Street Quezon City – Hybrid Setup

Work Schedule: 20 hours per week | Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 12:00 NN

Job Summary

We are looking for a Part-Time Recruiter to support our hiring efforts, with a primary focus on conducting interviews. This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, who can confidently assess candidate qualifications and contribute to a smooth and efficient hiring process.

This is a hybrid setup, requiring a combination of remote work and occasional on-site reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct initial screenings and behavioral interviews via phone, MS Teams, or in-person.
  • Review resumes and shortlist qualified candidates based on job requirements.
  • Maintain and update candidate information in our applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Provide clear and timely feedback after interviews.
  • Assist with interview scheduling, follow-ups, remind candidates, and basic sourcing when needed.
  • Support additional recruitment-related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 years' experience in recruitment, interviewing, or talent acquisition is preferred.
  • Must be a graduate of HR, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to assess soft skills and cultural fit during interviews.
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools (Manatal, LinkedIn, JobStreet, Indeed, Microsoft Office).
  • Must have a personal laptop and stable internet connection (at least 50 MBPS) at home.
  • Can work independently and manage time effectively within a 20-hour workweek.
