Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Resolve customer support tickets in a timely manner, ensuring seamless communication with clients.
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues in SQL, Linux, networking, and VPNs, applying your analytical skills to identify and resolve problems efficiently.
  • Collaborate with utility clients to understand their needs and deliver customized solutions that meet their expectations.
Requirements
  • At least 4 years of experience in SQL, production environments, and client support is required.
  • Proficiency in Linux OS support and network administration is essential.
  • Familiarity with relational databases such as Oracle and PostgreSQL is a must.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are necessary to succeed in this role.
