Job Description:

The role of a Reception and Intake Specialist is critical in supporting the success of our law firm. As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for managing client requests, inquiries, and support needs.

You will respond to emails, resolve issues, provide copies of documents, and update the CRM system. Our team provides guidance and support to ensure your success in this role.

Key responsibilities include daily client support, responding to incoming messages within 1 business day, new client intake, inbound and outbound calls, and follow-up with prospective clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

We are seeking an individual with at least 2 years of experience in the BPO industry, with a focus on night shifts. The ideal candidate should demonstrate a learning mindset, compassion, patience, and reliability.
