MAS BTS Client Service Client Support Specialist (Contingent) at ADP. This role focuses on delivering world-class service to clients and collaborating with internal resources to meet deadlines and business goals. The position emphasizes professionalism, adaptability in a fast-paced environment, and adherence to ADP's mission, vision, and values.
Responsibilities- Deliver world-class service and satisfaction to all clients (internal, external, diverse and emerging).
- Maintain focus to deliver results in a fast-paced and diverse environment.
- Escalate issues jeopardizing quality and deadlines and interact with affected management to negotiate resolution.
- Resolve day-to-day problems in line with ADP's mission, vision and values.
- Share ideas and information across multiple audiences to drive business needs.
- Collaborate with internal resources at all levels to achieve shared goals and exceed expectations.
- Hold self and others to high personal and professional standards, modeling ADP's vision and values.
- Develop technical and professional skills in a changing environment.
- Complete special tasks and projects as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in education and experience.
- 1–3 years of high-volume, problem-resolution, technical client services experience.
- PC navigation skills.
- US Benefits & Payroll knowledge is a plus.
