Marketing Lead – Growth Strategy

  • Design and implement demand generation campaigns leveraging SEO, SEM, paid advertising, social media, and email marketing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen lead generation, nurturing, and conversion.
  • Cultivate customer advocacy programs to showcase success stories and case studies.
  • Measure and analyze campaign performance using data-driven insights.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record in scaling demand generation and digital growth.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing small, high-impact teams.
  • Strategic yet hands-on approach, comfortable executing campaigns while driving vision.
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, simplifying complex concepts into compelling narratives.
