Role Context: As a Senior Lead for Strategic Growth, you will drive initiatives, develop opportunities, and establish strong relationships with potential clients in Germany.
Main ResponsibilitiesStrategic Planning and Execution: Develop and implement a comprehensive growth strategy to achieve objectives; identify and prioritize target markets, industries, and potential clients for BPO services; monitor market trends and competitive landscape to inform decisions.
Growth Development: Identify, prospect, and engage with potential clients to generate new opportunities; build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and industry events; lead end-to-end sales process including proposals, negotiations, and contract finalization.
Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers; serve as primary contact for prospective clients; collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions that meet client needs and drive value.
Performance Metrics and Reporting: Set and track KPIs to measure effectiveness of activities; prepare regular reports on sales pipeline, conversion rates, and revenue forecasts for senior management; utilize CRM tools to manage and analyze customer interactions and data.
5 - 8 years of experience in business development, sales, or related roles; experience in the BPO industry is an advantage.
Excellent knowledge of the German market.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Experience in the retail and e-commerce sectors, with understanding of their needs and challenges.
Strong understanding of BPO services, industry trends, and market dynamics.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Agile, self-starter who can work independently and collaboratively.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
