About Us

SLN Condotels is one of Cebu City's fastest-growing short-term rental management companies, with over 70 properties listed across Airbnb, Agoda, , and our own direct booking platform. We pride ourselves on delivering quality stays and excellent guest experiences.

We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Team Leader who can drive occupancy growth, support the sales and marketing team, and take a hands-on role in growing our business.

The Role

As our Sales & Marketing Team Leader, you will:

  • Lead and support the sales and marketing team in achieving targets.
  • Implement strategies to increase bookings, occupancy, and revenue.
  • Manage and optimize listings across Airbnb, Agoda, , and direct channels.
  • Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns (social media, paid ads, email).
  • Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and relocation firms.
  • Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and market trends.
  • Provide regular reports and feedback to management.

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Experienced in sales and/or marketing in hospitality, hotels, or property rentals.
  • Hands-on, proactive, and able to lead by example.
  • Knowledgeable in digital marketing and social media promotions.
  • Strong in communication, negotiation, and teamwork.
  • Highly motivated and results-oriented.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • At least 2–3 years of relevant experience in sales, marketing, or hospitality.
  • Some experience in leading or mentoring a small team is an advantage.
