Job Overview: As an Operations Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining optimal inventory levels and ensuring seamless operational processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sustain accurate inventory levels by placing well-timed orders
  • Foster effective communication with on-site teams through regular phone calls and texts to coordinate activities and facilitate operations
  • Proactively identify and troubleshoot issues arising in operational procedures
  • Ensure precise tracking of team hours and activities
  • Maintain accountability among team members for their responsibilities and performance
  • Promote overall company efficiency and operational smoothness through proactive contributions
  • Verify the functionality of camera systems
  • Procure new inventory items as needed
  • Act as a liaison between the back office and merchandising team
  • Attend team meetings
  • Utilize Slack for efficient communication within the operations team
  • Apply SOP software to rapidly create or update standard operating procedures

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a related role
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency in mathematics is beneficial
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
  • Self-motivation and ability to work independently
  • A reliable internet connection with at least 50 Mbps speed required
  • A designated home workspace
