QUALIFICATIONS

  • With a Bachelor's degree in any course
  • With at least 1-2 years of working experience in Inventory Management and Warehousing is an advantage
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel)
  • Knowledgeable in Pivot and have Background in making reports
  • With good verbal and written communication skills

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Coordinate and send inventory reports with the lineman & sub contractor of outstanding inventory every 1st week, Thursday and Friday's of the month and reconcile
  • Coordinate with the requestors of the possible encountered variances received every given deadline twice a month, and ensure no pending liquidation from previous months
  • Ensures new warehouse custodians assigned are informed and aware of the process of inventory and liquidation reports, warehouse process, installation, repair and maintenance and other inventory issue
  • Validating of requisition slip endorsed by the custodian for checking of pending liquidation for issuance
  • Conduct physical inventory per lineman/subcontractors as needed to reconcile
  • Monitor of stock level per lineman/subcontractors
