Job Title: Inventory Control Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Inventory Control Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing the distribution of products, ensuring that inventory levels are optimized and stock is allocated effectively.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and supply chain management, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work closely with sales teams and other stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage inventory levels and optimize stock allocation
  • Coordinate with sales teams to ensure timely delivery of products
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to inform inventory decisions
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve inventory-related issues

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in inventory control or supply chain management
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
