Investment Operations Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented professional to join our team as an Investment Operations Specialist.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of investment structures, including private equity, real estate, infrastructure, and debt. They will be responsible for monitoring and reviewing tax and legal documents, liaising with external parties, and supporting the annual ownership verification process.

The successful candidate will also have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will be proactive and solutions-focused, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand and interpret complex investment structures across asset classes
  • Monitor and review tax and legal documents filing within our document platform/system
  • Liaise with external parties in facilitating document exchange related to asset safekeeping and record keeping based on investment structures
  • Support the annual ownership verification process within the regulatory framework of European AIFMD
  • Coordinate with auditors in asset reconciliation, depositary confirmations, and other audit tasks ensuring set deadlines are met

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from a university, preferably in Business Administration, Financial Management, Accountancy, Legal Management, or equivalent
  • At least 3-5 years of working experience in operations team of a private equity or financial services industry
  • Ability to understand and interpret corporate transaction documents (subscription agreements, credit agreements, LPAs)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, proactive behavior, and solution-oriented
