Main Responsibilities
  • Update and maintain new investments on internal systems to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
  • Execute adjustments and restructurings of investments/products within clients' databases, applying checks and balances to prevent discrepancies.
  • Contribute to the operational setup of new investments based on their structure within our systems, ensuring seamless integration.
  • Manage processes to guarantee data integrity and consistency across various systems and departments.
  • Liaise with internal teams to facilitate requirements and information completeness for investment setup in the system.
  • Evaluate and apply business cases to determine correct booking methods for investments set up in the system.
  • Oversee internal workflows to meet project timelines and milestones.
Qualifications and Skills
  • A university degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration is essential.
  • Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the finance industry, including its operations and regulations.
  • Develop skills in reading and interpreting investment documents, as well as knowledge of investment processes and controls.
  • Prior experience working in operations teams of Private Equity or Financial Services companies is beneficial, but not mandatory.
