Senior Marketing Executive

This is a compelling opportunity to lead marketing efforts from the ground up, building strategies, driving campaigns and implementing initiatives to boost visibility, occupancy rates and overall revenue.

About the Role
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy tailored to multiple hotel properties, including proposed approaches to achieve direct booking and occupancy goals.
  • Design and manage marketing campaigns across digital, print and traditional channels to increase brand awareness and bookings.

The ideal candidate will be both a strategist and a hands-on executor, comfortable advising senior leadership while also rolling up their sleeves to get things done. Experience in sales and a deep understanding of hospitality marketing will be essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Optimise the company's online presence – oversee website content/design, SEO and social media platforms, ensuring the site supports direct booking growth.
  • Collaborate with leadership to prepare estimated budgets and cost proposals for strategy implementation.
  • Work closely with sales to create promotional offers/packages that drive occupancy.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in marketing within the hospitality or hotel industry.
  • Proven track record in both strategic planning and hands-on execution.
