Sales/Marketing Officer(Lipa Batangas)

Marketing Functions

  • Develops and implements marketing strategies.
  • Manages campaigns and analyzes market trends to promote products or services.
  • Work with other departments to achieve marketing objectives and enhance brand awareness.

Core Responsibilities:

Strategy Development: Contributing to the development and execution of marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.

Campaign Management: Planning, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, etc.).

Market Analysis: Monitoring market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and optimize marketing efforts.

Content Creation: Developing marketing materials such as brochures, website content, and social media posts.

Event Management: Organizing and participating in promotional events and activities for Loan Advisors and Loan Agencies and other activities.

Performance Monitoring: Tracking and analyzing campaign performance using key metrics and reporting on results.

Budget Management: Collaborating with managers to prepare and monitor marketing budgets.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Working with internal teams (sales, product development) and external vendors (agencies, media partners).

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Marketing Knowledge: Understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for creating marketing materials and presentations.

Sales Functions

  • Responsible for generating revenue by selling a company's products or services

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Generation:

· Identifying and acquiring new customers.

Relationship Management:

Market Awareness:

· Monitoring market trends and competitor activities.

· Analyzing sales data and preparing reports for management.

Collaboration and Support:

· Collaborating with marketing and other internal teams to support sales efforts.

· Participating in sales meetings and training sessions.

· Assisting in the development of sales materials and presentations.
