Overview

Seeking a senior marketer to lead the launch of a luxury wellness retreat. This is an opportunity to develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy, building brand presence and generating qualified leads for villa sales.

This role involves collaborating with the founder to shape the marketing vision, create systems, and drive results that bring this project to life.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a full marketing strategy for the luxury wellness retreat project.
  • Generate qualified leads from international markets using targeted online marketing campaigns.
  • Establish and grow a strong social media presence across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
  • Create a monthly content calendar and optimize video and photo content for Reels, stories, and posts.
  • Design and run paid campaigns targeting potential investors and villa buyers.
  • Support the launch of a new website, showcasing off-plan villa sales materials and renders.
  • Develop a structured funnel and lead qualification system to filter serious investors.
  • Prepare weekly reports on performance across social media and all campaigns.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years experience in real estate marketing, preferably with a background in off-plan villa sales, resorts, or luxury properties.
  • Strong foundation in digital marketing strategy, including social media, ads, funnels, and websites.
  • Ability to independently create and manage campaigns that generate qualified leads and drive sales.
  • Familiarity with key marketing tools like Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, scheduling apps, and website builders.
  • Excellent English communication and copywriting skills.
  • Creative eye for branding, positioning, and storytelling in the luxury and wellness space.
