Job Opportunity: Chief Support Officer
Description:
This is an exciting chance to work closely with key decision-makers and make a meaningful impact on the organization's operations. As a Chief Support Officer, you will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating communications, and overseeing critical administrative functions.
You will serve as a bridge between executives, team members, and external partners, helping to maintain efficiency and productivity across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Calendar Management: Manage executive calendars, including scheduling, rescheduling, and prioritizing meetings.
- Meeting Preparation: Prepare meeting materials, including agendas, presentations, and reports.
- Communication Facilitation: Facilitate communication between executives and internal teams to ensure alignment and information flow.
- Project Support: Support executives in managing special projects, initiatives, and operational priorities.
- Travel Arrangements: Organize travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Expense Tracking: Prepare expense reports and assist with budget tracking as needed.
- Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive business and client information.
- Research and Data Analysis: Perform research, compile data, and provide insights to support decision-making.
- Ad Hoc Tasks: Handle ad hoc administrative and operational tasks to support business goals.
- Experience: Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar support role; prior experience in marketing, e-commerce, or agency environments is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); familiarity with project management or collaboration tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Slack, Google Workspace).
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to draft professional correspondence and represent executives effectively.
- Organization: Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and thoroughness in handling tasks and documents.
- Discretion: Professionalism, integrity, and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
