Marketing Manager Job Description

The primary responsibility of this role is to develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives that drive qualified leads, enhance brand recognition, and stimulate revenue growth.

This position involves overseeing the monthly marketing function: prioritizing campaigns, crafting compelling content, and ensuring timely delivery of creative outputs from the design and video teams.

The Marketing Manager serves as the voice and architect of the client's marketing efforts, responsible for transforming strategy into impactful campaigns, copy, and content that propel prospects through the buyer journey, support sales, and foster strong client relationships.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Design and launch 1–2 multi-channel campaigns (email marketing, landing pages, social media amplification)
  • Create or refine core campaign copy, including email templates, nurture sequences, video sales letters, landing pages, and ad copy
  • Oversee the client's newsletter, ensuring timely delivery and optimal performance
  • Review, approve, and ensure consistency of content produced by designers and video editors
  • Manage a rolling calendar covering newsletters, campaigns, and repurposed thought leadership content
  • Coordinate re-engagement campaigns targeting alumni, trained individuals, or past clients
  • Oversee workflows, automations, and segmentation for lead nurturing and reporting
  • Submit a monthly marketing performance report with insights and recommendations
