Customer Service Professional

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Professional to join our organization. This individual will play a crucial role in ensuring high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction in our healthcare account management department.

The ideal candidate will have proficiency in handling healthcare accounts, specifically with experience in AthenaOne EMR, and possess a background in collections. As a Customer Service Professional, you will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls efficiently, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service to healthcare clients utilizing AthenaOne EMR.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound and outbound calls efficiently, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service to healthcare clients utilizing AthenaOne EMR.
  • Utilize expertise in healthcare accounts to navigate AthenaOne EMR system effectively
  • Handle customer accounts in collections, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of outstanding balances, and negotiating payment arrangements when necessary.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and account updates in the company database.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices in healthcare account management to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a healthcare environment, with knowledge of AthenaOne EMR software.
  • Demonstrated experience in handling collections accounts and familiarity with collections practices and regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to resolve customer issues and concerns.
  • Proficiency in using computer applications and software, including MS Office Suite and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
