About the Role

This is a Healthcare Specialist position where you will be working from home on a temporary basis. The role involves making and receiving calls to healthcare providers, answering their questions, and providing assistance with registration and login.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Make outbound calls to healthcare providers
  • Accept inbound calls from healthcare providers
  • Answer questions about participation requirements
  • Assist with registration and login
  • Provide support for assessment completion and scoring results inquiries
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An active PRC License
  • At least 2 years of Bedside/Clinical experience
  • Preferably with 6 months of BPO Healthcare Account experience
