We are currently seeking highly skilled researchers, academics, or retired professionals to participate in peer review activities for academic journals and publishers.

Please note that you should be able to disclose your full name and affiliations with the publishers if required.

Required Expertise
  • A Doctoral degree (PhD/MD) or equivalent advanced qualification in a relevant field is essential.
  • At least two publications within the last two years in your area of expertise.
  • In-depth understanding of research methodologies and ethical principles specific to your discipline.
  • Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong written communication skills enabling clear, concise, and constructive feedback.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively.
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and objectivity.
  • Prior experience as a peer reviewer for academic journals is highly desirable but not mandatory.
  • Familiarity with online manuscript submission and review systems is an added advantage.
Responsibilities
  • Evaluate Originality: Assess whether the manuscript presents novel ideas and contributes significantly to the field of study.
  • Assess Study Design and Methodology: Evaluate whether the study design and methods are comprehensive, clearly described, and reproducible.
  • Review Literature: Ensure the manuscript thoroughly incorporates and cites relevant, up-to-date research in the field.
  • Analyze Results and Conclusions: Evaluate whether the results are presented clearly and appropriately, and whether the conclusions are supported by the data and significant to the field.
  • Provide Constructive Feedback: Offer actionable suggestions for improvement or highlight any flaws, omissions, or ethical concerns.
  • Recommend Publication: Based on your evaluation, the journal editor will decide whether the manuscript should be accepted, revised, or rejected.
