As an Academic Program Coordinator, you will be integral to the success of our organization by coordinating instructors, tracking student progress, and providing quality customer service. This is a fully remote opportunity.

Responsibilities
  • The ideal candidate will actively support our Regional Operations team in ensuring delivery of programs and initiatives for our students and school district partners.
  • You will operate seamlessly in a virtual operating environment and maintain high standards of academic integrity.
  • Your key responsibilities will include managing class schedules to effectively staff sessions and meet company efficiency and usage targets.
  • You will also manage virtual tutoring sessions, monitor all students' academic progress, and help ensure flawless execution of programs and initiatives.
  • Additionally, you will conduct conferences with partner program directors to review progress, adjust academic plans, and renew enrollments.

  • You must be able to organize and manage multiple responsibilities successfully.
  • A professional and approachable demeanor is essential.
  • Effective communication skills, both in virtual environments, are vital for this position.
  • You will work well in a team environment and be able to adapt to changes in the work environment as required.
  • Bachelor's Degree required, 2-3 years progressive career growth, experience working in a virtual operations and team environment.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish beneficial, proficient in Microsoft Office and Google applications.
