Job Title: Academic Program Coordinator

Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Academic Program Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in coordinating academic programs, managing schedules, and providing administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leverage your coordination and management expertise to launch new projects, including planning and data analysis of program efficacy, streamlining communication with stakeholders, etc.
  • Support Regional Operations in various aspects, ensuring the success of Tutor Me Education.
  • Deliver outstanding academic services to students and their families through exceptional support.
  • Operate efficiently in a virtual environment, maintaining high standards of people, financial, and academic performance.
  • Drive delivery of programs and initiatives for students and school district partners, meeting operational excellence standards.
  • Provide administrative support to Regional Operations, including answering phones, managing daily business data, and creating/managing schedules with students and teachers.
  • Manage class schedules to effectively staff sessions and meet company efficiency and usage targets.
  • Lead virtual tutoring sessions and monitor students' academic progress.
  • Ensure flawless execution of programs and initiatives, adhering to company and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct conferences with partner program directors to review progress, adjust academic plans, and renew enrollments.
  • Perform other duties as required by the business, focusing on building strong relationships with students and their families.
  • Maintain a customer-centric approach, fostering open communication and effective conflict resolution.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Ability to create SOPs with excellence.
  • Effective time management, planning, and prioritization.
  • Strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple responsibilities successfully.
  • Professional demeanor, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and focus on key objectives, adapting to changes as needed.
  • Proficient in using various communication media, including in-person, phone, and video calls.
  • Ability to build trust and engagement in virtual relationships with customers and team members.
  • Works collaboratively with others, demonstrating a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Ability to acquire new skills as required, with a high tolerance for ambiguity.
  • Bachelor's Degree required, with 2-3 years of progressive career growth.
  • Experience working in virtual operations and team environments, with bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish beneficial.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google applications.
