Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Educational Support Specialist. Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate instructors and track student progress to ensure academic success.
  • Provide quality customer service to students, parents, and instructors.
  • Support regional operations by performing payroll functions and other related tasks.
  • Collaborate with teachers and staff to develop and implement academic programs.
  • Manage class schedules to effectively staff sessions and meet company efficiency and usage targets.

Requirements:
  • Experience in handling payroll through ADP payroll provider is preferred.
  • Excellent time management, planning, and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple responsibilities successfully.
  • Exhibits professional and approachable demeanor.
  • Effective communication skills in virtual environments.
  • Proficient in using all communication media including in person, phone, and video.
