Operations Data Analyst

As an Operations Data Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in empowering SMEs with data-driven solutions. This exciting opportunity offers a chance to work with cutting-edge technology and make a tangible impact on the business.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Reporting to senior management and supporting the Product Operations team.
  • Improving performance reporting and analysis to enhance key products.
  • Automating and streamlining business processes.
  • Extracting insights from the data warehouse to address operational questions.
  • Driving improvements in data analysis infrastructure.
  • Ensuring data integrity and accuracy and presenting findings to managers.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams and enhancing workflows.

About You

The ideal candidate should possess the following qualities:

  • A fresh graduate or early career professional with 1-2 years of experience.
  • A solid education in data analysis; professional experience is not essential.
  • The ability to write, understand, and debug SQL queries.
  • Paying attention to detail and upholding data integrity, privacy, and readability.
  • Being organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in handling multiple projects.
  • Communicating effectively with different teams and stakeholders.
  • Enjoying turning ideas into actionable plans.
