Job Title: Insurance Data Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical individual to join our bordereaux team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and managing bordereaux data to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Assisting in the processing of incoming bordereaux information
  • Responsible for the management of the bordereaux process, validation, reconciliation, and exception handling
  • Manage and respond to all bordereaux-related queries and exception reporting
  • Provide support to the Bordereaux Manager as required in matters relating to bordereaux processing and data quality
  • You may act as a key contact to resolve issues that prevent the processing of Bordereaux within agreed timelines
  • Identifying anomalies within the bordereaux and amending where necessary
  • Consistently demonstrating your ability to communicate effectively and efficiently at all levels
  • Ensure process and training documentation in relation to Bordereaux Management Procedures is kept up to date
Required Skills/Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of related experience in insurance and in a data analysis role with exposure to bordereaux management
  • Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools (such as Power BI, Tableau, etc.) is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (v-lookups, pivot tables, Macro) with the ability to manipulate data
  • Finance-related skills a plus
  • Knowledge of business analysis processes and techniques
  • Ability to identify and resolve issues by investigating to find the root cause and determine the best solution
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure, working at pace without compromising accuracy
  • Ability to categorize by importance
