Overview

Responsibilities
  • Conduct outreach and follow-ups with potential and existing customers via phone calls, emails, and other channels.
  • Assist with scheduling and booking demos and meetings, including appointment setting.
  • Manage CRM, ensuring the organization and accuracy of contact data and tagging leads appropriately.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent command of English, with a focus on high-quality reading, writing, and speaking capabilities.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in using online tools and platforms, specifically Apollo IO and a CRM system.
  • Must have attended college and possess at least 6 months of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential.
  • Experience in a remote work environment is considered a plus.
