Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development of sales proposals and presentations to pursue new business opportunities.
  • Analyze requests for proposals (RFXs) and contribute to bid strategy and win themes.
  • Develop proposal plans and outlines, ensuring thoroughness, accuracy, quality, and layout.

As a key member of our team, you will coordinate the work of an integrated pursuit team, assess solicitation requirements, and maintain close working relationships with stakeholders to generate proposals and presentations.

A Typical Day:
  • Coordinate proposal development and production schedules, keeping the team informed of changes.
  • Lead all aspects of proposal phases, including kickoff meetings, internal proposal team meetings, and reviews.
  • Develop and follow procedures to ensure proposals conform to client requirements and style guides in concert with the corporate marketing team.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience leading the proposal response process, preferably in BPO.
  • Experience collaborating with, coordinating, and leading remote teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, research, and time management skills.
  • Strong industry knowledge – a deep understanding of the contact center world.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
