We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our global recruitment efforts.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in talent acquisition, a proven track record of successful placements across various industries, and expertise in utilizing modern recruitment tools and technologies.
Key Responsibilities• End-to-end recruitment for C-level, rank-and-file, and specialized roles, encompassing sourcing, screening, and qualification of candidates.
• Identify and qualify high-potential candidates from diverse backgrounds and industries, including IT, Sales, Recruitment, Construction and Engineering, and Healthcare.
• Leverage recruitment tools, automation, and AI-driven technologies to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance results.
• Ensure timely delivery of recruitment milestones, from initial sourcing to placement.
Qualifications and Skills• Minimum 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within RPO or recruitment firms.
• Proven history of successfully placing candidates at various levels and across multiple industries.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and LinkedIn Recruiter tools, as well as other recruitment software and platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with candidates, clients, and stakeholders.
