Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and interviewing top talent in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Research and Sourcing: Conduct thorough research to identify potential candidates who possess the skills and qualifications required for the role.
  • Candidate Engagement: Engage with potential candidates through various channels, including phone screening, email correspondence, and in-person interviews.
  • Recruitment Strategies: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract diverse and highly qualified candidates.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with management and other departments to identify future talent needs and proactively source potential candidates.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 1 year of proven work experience as a Sourcing Specialist or similar role is preferred.
  • Skills: Extensive experience in using different channels, social network sites, online portals, and resume databases to source out potential candidates.
  • Tools and Systems: Hands-on experience in using tools, applications, and systems for talent acquisition.
  • Sourcing Plans: Familiarity in creating sourcing plans and implementing strategies to improve candidate search.
  • HR Systems: Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Candidate Management Systems (CMS).
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Healthcare Experience: Experience in a healthcare/medical related field (preferred but not required).
