- Leading and developing a group of recruiters and sourcing specialists to achieve company goals.
- Managing team attendance and setting the standard for reliability and accountability.
- Implementing performance management strategies to monitor, evaluate, and improve team member performance.
- Collaborating with senior leadership to refine job descriptions, requisition processes, and compensation strategies.
- Developing and executing effective sourcing strategies to build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
- Participating in the recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Providing continuous development for the team through training, mentoring, and constructive performance feedback.
