Key Responsibilities
  • Own end-to-end recruiting for all internal hires: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing
  • Craft compelling job ads that attract top-tier candidates
  • Partner with department heads to deeply understand the requirements for each role
  • Build shortlists, conduct first-round interviews, and drive the hiring process forward efficiently
Requirements
  • 3+ years experience in full-cycle recruitment (internal hiring or agency)
  • Excellent judgment, organization, and follow-through
  • Tech-savvy with tools like Slack, Google Workspace, Airtable, ATS platforms, etc.
