About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to join our team at Brilliance.com, an online retailer of diamonds, engagement rings, and fine jewelry. As a Sales Executive, you will play a key part in our success by driving sales through various online channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect new customers through lead generation, cold calling, and social media outreach.
  • Build strong relationships with potential customers, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable products.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by delivering clear product information and addressing inquiries promptly.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, processing online orders, and updating CRM systems like Hubspot.

Requirements:

  • A self-starter with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Proficient in using a CRM system.

What We Offer:
