Sales Executive

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to join our team at Brilliance.com, an online retailer of diamonds, engagement rings, and fine jewelry. As a Sales Executive, you will play a key part in our success by driving sales through various online channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect new customers through lead generation, cold calling, and social media outreach.
- Build strong relationships with potential customers, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable products.
- Provide exceptional customer service by delivering clear product information and addressing inquiries promptly.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, processing online orders, and updating CRM systems like Hubspot.
Requirements:
- A self-starter with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Proficient in using a CRM system.
What We Offer:
- $700-$1000
- M-F, weekends off.
