Loan Processing Specialist

As a skilled Loan Processing Specialist, you will oversee the entire loan processing cycle from application verification to ensuring compliance with lending regulations.

You'll work closely with CRM tools and internal teams to maintain accurate borrower records and provide timely updates to clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize CRM software and web-based systems to track loan applications, update statuses, and manage borrower information
  • Review, verify, and process loan documents submitted through digital channels
  • Coordinate with internal teams to guarantee completeness and accuracy of application data
  • Conduct audits of loan documentation to ensure adherence to regulatory and internal standards
  • Generate and send digital communications to clients regarding loan status updates and required documentation
  • Analyze data from loan systems, web analytics, and reports for business use
  • Maintain secure records of client interactions and processed transactions
  • Identify areas for improvement in digital loan processing workflows and suggest enhancements
  • Stay up-to-date with current trends in digital tools and best practices for loan processing
  • Support the marketing and operations teams with accurate loan performance data and reports
Required Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field (desired)
  • Minimum of 6 months of experience in home/mortgage loan processing in the Australian market
  • Familiarity with CRM systems such as ApplyOnline or AOL, Simpology, and loan origination platforms
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with loan documentation and compliance standards
  • Attention to detail with strong communication skills
  • Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
