The Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Remote Mortgage Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the mortgage processing team, you will play a crucial role in preparing, reviewing, and processing mortgage loan applications.

Your primary responsibility will be to gather and validate financial documents, ensuring compliance with lending standards and regulatory requirements. You will work closely with brokers, lenders, and clients to ensure a seamless loan application experience.

  • Data entry and management in Flex and Salestrekker
  • Gathering and validating financial documents
  • Generating credit reports and property reports
  • Pricing and pricing escalations
  • Assessment of home loan applications
  • Funding position and product comparison
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in loan processing, mortgage support, and loan packaging within the Australian mortgage industry
  • Familiarity with Australian mortgage products, lending policies, lending criteria, and regulatory standards
  • Proficient in loan application software and CRM systems
  • Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple loan applications simultaneously
