Job Title: Mortgage Loan Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized loan professional to manage loan files from origination through closing.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, work closely with loan officers, underwriters, and clients, ensuring timely and efficient processing of loan applications.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Gather, verify, and analyze financial and personal documentation such as credit reports, tax returns, pay stubs, and bank statements.
  • Prepare and submit loan packages to underwriting for approval.
  • C coordinate and communicate with loan officers, underwriters, clients, title companies, and other third-party vendors.
  • Evaluate all required documentation for compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Update loan status in the system, keeping stakeholders informed throughout the process.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in loan processing or mortgage broking.
  • Proficiency in loan origination systems (MyCRM, Mercury, Infynity, Apply Online, Quickli, PropertyHub).
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
