Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Mortgage Operations Specialist to join our team.

This role involves processing and submitting mortgage applications with exceptional attention to detail, managing application workflows using Broker Engine and Apply Online platforms, and coordinating with clients, lenders, solicitors, conveyancers, and various third parties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and submit mortgage applications prepared by the strategy team
  • Manage application workflows using Broker Engine and Apply Online platforms
  • Coordinate with clients, lenders, solicitors, conveyancers, and various third parties
Mortgage Issuance Resolution:
  • Respond to lender MIRs (More Information Required) initially with strategy team support
  • Develop autonomy in handling routine MIR responses as experience grows
Systematic Process Execution:
  • Follow systematic approaches to ensure consistent, high-quality outcomes
  • Utilize comprehensive template databases and organizational frameworks
Professional Development & Growth:
  • Learn from senior loan processor's systematic methodologies and industry expertise
  • Participate in lender training sessions and industry development programs
Essential Qualities:
  • Methodical mindset: You naturally organize work, follow processes methodically, and take detailed notes
  • Autonomous learner: You proactively seek solutions and reduce dependency on others over time

This is a remote role that will be set up as Employer of Record (EOR).

Successful candidates will be expected to:

  • Be available for meetings and collaboration during core hours
  • Disclose any existing ongoing roles or client work
