Job Overview

As a Senior Loan Processing Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless loan processing for clients. Your responsibilities will include assisting brokers with loan application preparation, submission, and follow-up, as well as collecting, verifying, and managing required documentation from clients.

You will also liaise with lenders, solicitors, and clients to ensure timely loan processing, track loan applications through to settlement, and provide updates to all stakeholders. Additionally, you will maintain client records accurately in CRM systems and provide exceptional customer service by addressing client queries promptly and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist brokers with loan application preparation, submission, and follow-up
  • Collect, verify, and manage required documentation from clients
  • Liaise with lenders, solicitors, and clients to ensure timely loan processing
  • Track loan applications through to settlement, providing updates to all stakeholders
  • Maintain client records accurately in CRM systems
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client queries promptly and professionally

We are looking for someone with strong mortgage broking experience, excellent communication and customer service skills, and a high attention to detail. You should be proficient in using CRM systems, loan submission platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite, and have a proactive, solutions-focused approach with excellent problem-solving skills.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Mortgage Broker Assistant (senior level preferred), with at least 5 years of experience in the field
  • Strong understanding of mortgage lending processes, lender requirements, and industry regulations
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple loan files simultaneously
  • Proficient in using CRM systems, loan submission platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
