We are seeking a motivated and goal-driven Business Development Representative to support our growing business by identifying new opportunities and nurturing existing relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • We expect the ideal candidate to prospect new leads through phone calls, emails, and social media platforms, setting appointments for our Business Development Manager.
  • The selected individual will maintain accurate records of leads and prospects in our CRM system.
  • Our team member will conduct thorough research on target markets and identify potential clients to expand our sales pipeline.
  • The representative will assist our Business Development Manager in preparing sales presentations and reports.
  • This role requires collaboration with our marketing and sales teams to align on campaigns.
Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Business or Marketing, is highly preferred.
  • The ideal candidate should have at least one year of experience in sales, lead generation, or customer service roles.
  • This position requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • You must be self-motivated with a strong work ethic and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or Apollo is essential.
