The Business Development Manager plays a pivotal role in driving the organization's growth strategy by leading the development and implementation of business plans to meet ambitious expansion goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategies to generate new business pipeline opportunities for Enterprise Account Executives, consistently exceeding quarterly and annual targets.
- Create and maintain a foundational business development team plan to expand talent acquisition efforts.
- Provide onboarding support, coaching, and ongoing development to Business Development Representatives.
- Foster alignment with various teams, including Marketing, Sales Operations, Recruitment, and HR, to drive cohesive business outcomes.
- Maintain performance metrics against key KPIs, ensuring seamless collaboration with Field Sales teams.
- Proven expertise in Business Development, encompassing tactical and strategic leadership.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills, enabling effective coaching and leadership of business development teams.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks to successful completion, ensuring efficient workflow and productivity.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, facilitating collaborative relationships across departments.
- Understanding of information security concepts and industry landscape, supporting informed decision-making.
