Deliverability Expert Wanted

Join us in our pursuit of delivering exceptional email experiences. As a Deliverability Analyst, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless delivery of emails to customers.

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate professional to join our team. If you have a keen eye for detail and a knack for problem-solving, we want to hear from you.

As a key member of our team, your primary responsibility will be to research and resolve deliverability challenges. You will work closely with stakeholders to identify and mitigate issues, ensuring that our customers receive timely and relevant communication.

You will also be responsible for:

  • Researching and assisting with blocklists, spam traps, and ISP issues
  • Helping create schedules for email warmup and monitoring progress
  • Monitoring email metrics and contributing to improved sending reputations
Requirements for Success

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing capacity
  • A passion for hands-on research and diagnosis using datasets, 3rd party insights, and experimentation
  • Familiarity with 3rd party email deliverability tools (Mailgun, MXToolbox, etc.)
  • A basic understanding of authentication protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC)
  • Knowledge of global privacy and anti-spam laws (GDPR, CASL, CAN-SPAM, etc.)
  • Strong empathy for customers and a passion for revenue and growth
