About the Email Campaign Specialist

This role offers a unique blend of technical expertise and business acumen in setting up and optimizing email campaigns.

You will be responsible for assisting clients in configuring and enhancing email marketing efforts using our platform, providing guidance on best practices, and troubleshooting technical issues related to email deliverability.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Configure and optimize email campaigns using our platform.
  2. Provide expert advice on email deliverability best practices, including sender reputation management, authentication, and IP management protocols.
  3. Troubleshoot email-related issues, working with both customers and internal teams to resolve technical problems and improve email performance metrics.
  4. Educate clients on email compliance standards (CAN-SPAM, GDPR).
  5. Collaborate with product and development teams to enhance platform features and address client feedback.
  6. Create and manage visual email automation workflows within the chosen email platform.
  7. Conduct training sessions and create documentation to improve user adoption and success.
  8. Monitor email performance metrics and recommend strategies to improve engagement and deliverability.
Requirements

We are seeking a highly skilled professional with 2+ years of experience in email operations, deliverability, or a related role at a SaaS company or digital agency.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of IP management, email authentication protocols, and sender reputation, as well as familiarity with email marketing platforms, ESPs, and SMTP relay services.

Experience troubleshooting email deliverability issues and working with ISPs or anti-spam services is also required.

Knowledge of email compliance regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR) is a must.
