Email Marketing Campaign Specialist

We're seeking an Email Marketing Campaign Specialist to lead our lifecycle marketing efforts. This role involves designing, developing, and deploying targeted email campaigns to drive revenue growth.
The ideal candidate will oversee the creation of engaging email content, manage campaign briefs, and ensure alignment with audience segmentation and targeting strategies.
- Develop, test, deploy, and monitor emails, including batch communications, triggered sends, and lifecycle journeys.
- Manage and optimize lifecycle marketing programs to achieve quarterly revenue targets.
- Create production briefs for execution teams to implement campaigns.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in email marketing, CRM, and marketing automation (mortgage/financial services experience a plus).
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools (Salesforce preferred) and analytics platforms.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience in campaign development, creative briefing, and production workflows.
- Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Slack, Google Workspace, and ClickUp.
