Job Description

As a skilled Solutions Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in delivering data extraction and custom report building for our premium clients. You'll be part of a collaborative Customer Success organization, working closely with our Managed Services team to ensure seamless project delivery that meets client expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own end-to-end projects for managed clients, guaranteeing timely and satisfactory results.
  • Develop expertise in automation workflows, data extraction, and customization using our robots.
  • Leverage Regex, XPath, and JQ for data scraping, manipulation, and formatting.
  • Collaborate with automation tools such as Zapier and N8N to process data and create comprehensive workflows for data extraction, integration, and delivery.
  • Conduct extensive QA testing to verify robot functionality prior to client delivery.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • At least two years of experience with HTML or another programming language.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript and JQ.
  • A 4-hour overlap with PST timezone.
  • High-level English proficiency (spoken and written).
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple ongoing deadlines.
Preferred Skills

The following skills are highly desirable:

  • Experience with Regex and XPath.
  • Prior experience with web scraping tools.
  • Previous front-end web development experience.
  • Experience with Linear or other project management software.
