Email Solutions Specialist Job Summary

As an Email Solutions Specialist, you will collaborate closely with an Account Manager to develop and implement email marketing strategies and organize campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and optimize email campaigns using our platform features.
  • Provide guidance on best practices for email deliverability, including sender reputation management, authentication, and IP management.
  • Troubleshoot email-related issues and educate customers on compliance standards.
  • Collaborate with product and development teams to improve platform features and address client feedback.

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in email operations or a related field at a software company or digital agency.
  • A strong understanding of IP management, email authentication protocols, and sender reputation.
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms, ESPs, and SMTP relay services.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with email analytics tools and monitoring platforms.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email template troubleshooting.
