Project Management Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Management Specialist to manage and streamline electric vehicle (EV) charger installation projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure tasks are delivered on schedule
  • Serve as the main liaison with utility companies and municipal permitting departments
  • Track permits, applications, and approvals, escalating delays when necessary
  • Prepare and review project documentation, including service request forms, utility maps, and permit packages
  • Manage project timelines, dependencies, and deliverables in Monday.com or similar tools
  • Verify installation readiness, including utility upgrades, permits, and material availability
  • Provide technical input leveraging your electrical knowledge to collaborate with engineers and inspectors
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in project coordination/management within electrical, construction, or utility sectors
  • Strong familiarity with electrical systems and ability to interpret one-line diagrams
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with project management software is a plus
