Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our marketing automation efforts and optimize campaigns across the organization. This role will be responsible for planning, executing, and enhancing automated marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless data integration between platforms, drive lead nurturing programs, and collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing automation campaigns.
  • Manage and enhance Eloqua workflows, segmentation, lead scoring, and nurturing programs.
  • Ensure smooth integration and data alignment between Eloqua and Salesforce for marketing activities.
  • Monitor key automation and campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights and reports.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to deliver consistent and impactful communications.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 5 years of experience in marketing automation, CRM, or digital marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Eloqua (certification is a plus).
  • Familiarity with Salesforce (preferably Marketing and/or Sales Cloud).
  • Knowledge of campaign performance analysis and marketing KPIs.
  • Strong understanding of data-driven marketing, lead nurturing, and customer journey mapping.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
