Job Overview

We are seeking a Marketing Automation Lead to drive our marketing automation initiatives and optimize campaigns for maximum impact. This role will be responsible for planning, executing, and enhancing automated marketing programs to ensure seamless data flow between platforms.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing and enhancing Eloqua workflows, segmentation, lead scoring, and nurturing programs. They will also ensure smooth integration and data alignment between Eloqua and Salesforce, monitoring key automation and campaign performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing automation campaigns
  • Manage and enhance Eloqua workflows, segmentation, lead scoring, and nurturing programs
  • Ensure smooth integration and data alignment between Eloqua and Salesforce
  • Monitor key automation and campaign performance metrics
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
  • 5 years of experience in marketing automation, CRM, or digital marketing
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Eloqua (certification is a plus)
  • Familiarity with Salesforce (preferably Marketing and/or Sales Cloud)
  • Strong understanding of data-driven marketing, lead nurturing, and customer journey mapping
